Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using autoheck, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you may not use this service.

Service Description

autoheck is an AI-powered penetration testing tool. It analyzes security vulnerabilities in systems you own or have explicit permission to test. Scans run in isolated Docker containers to maintain security and isolation.

Authorized Use Only

You may only scan targets that you own or for which you have obtained explicit written permission from the owner. Unauthorized scanning of systems you do not own or have not obtained explicit permission to test is illegal and prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating any scan.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the targets you choose to scan, the configurations you select, and the consequences of running scans on those systems. autoheck is a tool — you are responsible for its use.

No Warranty

autoheck is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that scans will find all vulnerabilities, find any vulnerabilities at all, or produce accurate results. Security testing is inherently uncertain, and the tool should not be relied upon as a complete security solution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autoheck and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Data and Results

Scan results are stored temporarily on our servers. We make no guarantee regarding data retention or recovery. Results may be deleted at any time. You are responsible for retaining copies of any results you need to preserve.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify this service at any time, with or without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
